•Smoke free/perfume free clothing and air

•Smoking is prohibited on premises
•Maintain a respectful attitude with management and coworkers in and out of the studio
Employees are expected to work the scheduled dates as posted weekly or monthly. This includes Saturdays, some Sundays, the days following Thanksgiving, and on occasion, Christmas Eve day. Other than as allowed by law, an employee may not ask to be taken off a scheduled date more than six times per year. At all times, the employee must try to find a replacement before contacting management to ask for a day off.
STUDIO/CUSTOMER PRIVACY:
•Information about customers and/or their files or images may not be shared, removed, or transferred from the studio to any other person or media. Doing so will be considered theft and employee will be prosecuted.
•Information about Short Street Photographers, its day to day business operations, systems, forms, files, marketing materials, customer/client names, and/or data base may not be copied, removed, or transferred outside the studio. Doing so will be considered theft and employee will be prosecuted.
•Daily business practices and events may not be discussed outside the studio. Doing so is grounds for termination or employment. However, nothing in this provision is meant to prohibit employees from discussing the terms and conditions or their employment.

I certify that the facts contained in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and understand that, if employed, falsified statements on this application shall be grounds for dismissal. I authorize investigation of all statements contained herein and the references and employers listed above to give you any and all information concerning my previous employment and any pertinent information they may have, personal or otherwise, and release the Studio from all liability for any damages that may result from utilization of such information. I also understand and agree that no representative of the Studio has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized company representative.

I hereby certify that I have not knowingly withheld any information that might adversely affect my chances for employment and that that answers given by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I further certify that I, the undersigned applicant, have personally completed this application. I understand that any omission or misstatements of material fact on this application or on any document used to secure employment shall be grounds or rejection of this application or for immediate discharge if I am employed, regardless of the time elapsed before discovery.
REFERENCES
I hereby authorize Short Street Photographers to thoroughly investigate my references, work record, education, and other matters related to my suitability for employment and, further, authorize the references I have listed to disclose to Short Street Photographers any and all letters, reports, and other information related to my work records, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure. In addition, I hereby release Short Street Photographers, my former employers, and all other persons, corporations, partnerships, and associates from any and all claims, demands ,or liabilities arising out of or in any way related to such investigation or disclosure.
AT WILL EMPLOYMENT
I understand that nothing contained in the application, conveyed during any interview which may be granted, or during my employment, if hired, is intended to create an employment contract between me and Short Street Photographers. In addition, I understand and agree that, if I am employed, my employment is 'at will' and for no definite or determinable period and may be terminated by myself or by Short Street Photographers at any time for no reason at all, with or without prior notice. I further understand that no person in the company is authorized to enter into any written or verbal employment contracts with me for any definite period of time without the express written consent of owner.
COMPETING WITH SHORT STREET PHOTOGRAPHERS
Employee agrees that he or she will not engage in the business of photography within 25 miles for a period of 3 years following termination of his or her employment. This clause shall be effective regardless of the reason for the termination of employment.
CUSTOMER SOLICITATION
Employee agrees not to solicit any customer of Short Street Photographers with whom they have contact (directly or indirectly) during their course of employment for photography service of any kind for a period of 3 years following termination of their employment. This clause shall be effective regardless of the reason for the termination of employment. If employee enters in to any business relationship with customers of Short Street Photographers, 50% of sale proceeds will be forwarded to Short Street Photographers to compensate for knowledge and training while in the employ of Short Street Photographers.
